If the way you’re living your life doesn’t make as much sense as it used to, I can help.
When you’re asking questions like, “How did I get here? What does it all mean? Is this all there is? Why am I not happy?” then you’re experiencing a life crisis. It can happen at any age. I had my first life crisis at six years old when I realized what death really meant.
A life crisis happens for a number of reasons. Often times there’s new information, like a serious illness or sudden loss. A crisis can happen because you haven’t been living your life the way you truly want. Sometimes maybe you just want to make changes.
No matter what the cause, a life crisis is a sign that change is needed. The question that needs to be answered is, “What kind of change?” This is where I can really help. Too often, when a life crisis occurs, folks will take an “all or nothing” approach and make drastic decisions. Not a good idea.
The changes, whatever they are, need to be made in a thoughtful way. The information you need to make such decisions comes from the logical and emotional parts of you. The challenge is to blend that information in a way that meets your needs. There wasn’t a class on how to do this in school. I can help you navigate such uncharted waters.
So if you’re ready for a change, contact me. I look forward to guiding you in your next life transition.
