Biofeedback
Biofeedback is scientifically proven to have a powerful, positive effect on your emotional and physical well-being by teaching you to alter your brain activity, blood pressure, muscle tension, heart rate and other critical bodily functions. It does this by monitoring these functions and giving your real time feedback as to what these areas of your body are doing. You can then easily learn how to change what’s going on in your body. Breathing
Breathing is only the most important activity in your life, so it makes sense to pay attention to it and do it well. There are a number of ways to breathe, each resulting in a different outcome.
Meditation
Like breathing, meditation comes in many different forms. I primarily teach and practice mindfulness meditation and offer other methods.
Sleep
The first and most often used method to torture someone is sleep deprivation. If you’re not sleeping well, you’re not living well. I can help you with your sleep problems. I use and recommend my friend Richard Shane’s Sleep Easily program.
Mood
Your mood can be affected by the amount of natural light you receive. Light therapy has been proven to improve your mood and help you sleep better.
