Thanks to Brandel Chamblee of the Golf Channel for bringing this video to my attention. I love this video. It explains why changing any ingrained behavior is so hard to do. No wonder self improvement can be so frustrating! So whether you’re attempting to be a better person, be kinder, get along with others or learn a new skill, keep in mind that knowledge does not equal understanding OR change. Only experiencing corrective behavior equals change. So first learn the corrective behavior then practice. Now get on that backwards bicycle!
